8. Certain Vegetables

Green leafy vegetables are the best. They are very rich in nutrients and potassium. Arugula, kale, romaine lettuce, swiss chard, spinach, collard/turnip beet greens are the best vegetables to eat. Try to eat them fresh and intact or boiled. Never cook them with fatback.

If you do not like leafy greens, eat carrots, lima beans, green beans and peas, squash, sweet potatoes, potatoes, tomatoes, and broccoli. Butter, dressing, and cheese will not help you to get rid of heart disease. So, try to eat them fresh and without salt.
