11. Alcohol

Naturally, alcohol has little health value. But, it is very dangerous for people who have high blood pressure. Alcohol usually contains a high amount of sugar or mixed with beverages of sugar.

Drinking alcohol excessively will cause you dehydration, and you will gain weight. Both of these can cause you hypertension. Moreover, drinking three glasses of alcohol at a time will increase your blood pressure promptly.

Do not get tensed. Try to drink alcohol within control and do not drink more than one peg daily. And add low sugar to it.

It is tough to reduce extra salt and sugar from our diet. The best solution is to prepare food at home. You can use packaged food only after reading the labels cautiously. At first, you may suffer a little. But certainly, you will get used to it after a while. Foods that contain low salt and sugar are perfect for your health.

The reward is sweeter. You can control your hypertension and blood pressure. After a certain period, you will fall in love with those low sugar and salt foods and never miss those unhygienic dishes.
