Rice is a bad option before going to sleep. Simply avoid eating rice before going to bed. It has a high amount of calories and eventually, it will give you a bulkier feeling. Generally, rice is eaten during the daytime, especially at lunch. So that you can avail the highest calories to do your job and burn the calories. The easy equation as well.

Only if you work hard and do physical labor, rice would be a good choice in your lunch. But obviously not in dinner. It’s a bad idea. You will get 200 calories in every full plate of rice, interesting right?
