But eating meat at night is dangerous. It will give you a digestion problem. And you cannot sleep properly. It is advised to everyone not to have meat at their dinner.

Also, the doctor advises not to eat meat in your breakfast as well.  You will find difficulties in your digestion. That’s the reason you should enjoy roasted meat in your lunch or 3 to 4 hours before sleeping.
