3. Shoulder Press

    • This activity is ideal to dispose of the fat within your upper arms. Use loads or your handcrafted bottles.
    • Hold a hand weight (or weight) in each hand.
    • Start with your hands at shoulder stature.
    • Bring the two arms over your head simultaneously and afterward down once more.
    • Rehash this activity 3 x multiple times.
