5. Horizontal raises

  • At last, a lively yet successful exercise. This will practice your entire arm! Utilize your loads again with this activity.
  • Hold a free weight in each hand.
  • Start with your arms close to your body.
  • Raise your arms sideways until they are completely extended in an orderly fashion.
  • Hold your arms for a couple of moments and gradually cut them down once more.
  • Rehash this activity 3 x multiple times.
