If you’re 18+, you cannot have milk at any time. Generally, you can take 1 glass of milk in the evening. Not at night. If you want to get sound sleep, then have a glass of milk in the evening. It will soothe your body temperature and help you get a sound sleep. This is literally a good thing.

But if you want to take milk at night, it will be a worse idea. It will lead you to digestive problems. And gradually it will lower your health condition. So avoid milk at night and in the early morning as well.
